Identity: name. Contact: phone, email. Customer transaction: company name, request type, product/service group. Project: city, project details, free-text notes. Careers: CV and information shared in email. Transaction security: IP address, form submit time, privacy consent record.
4. Purposes of processing
Preparing quotes; running production, assembly and engineering processes; client relations and complaints; assessing job applications; meeting legal duties; keeping the site secure.
5. Legal bases
Processing is based on contract formation or performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion and compensation for damage. You may submit requests to info@aydinox.com.tr.
